Roles we recruit for
- Production and assembly — cut-and-sew, kit build, final inspection
- Warehouse and fulfillment — receiving, pick/pack, inventory
- Quality — inspection, documentation, ISO 13485 records
- Administrative and sales support
Positions open and close throughout the year. Express maintains our current requisitions.
What we look for
- Attention to detail. Our products get used under stress, on the worst day of someone's life.
- Reliability and clear communication.
- Willingness to learn a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Prior military service, medical, or manufacturing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Working here
On-site in San Diego (World Trade Drive, 92128). Manufacturing floor and warehouse environment. Some roles require lifting, standing, and repetitive handwork.
Certain positions that support export-controlled products are subject to eligibility requirements under U.S. export regulations. Express will cover these during screening.
