WHAT THE GUARANTEE COVERS
Phokus Research Group guarantees the Wound Cube™, Wound Tube™, Wound Club™, Wound Brick™, Wound Stump™, and Wound Torso™ wound simulators to be free of manufacturer defects and to perform as designed for the life of the product — provided they are used and cared for properly.
If your simulator arrives with a defect or wears out from regular training use under normal conditions, we will replace it. No runaround. No hassle.
This guarantee applies to Wound Cube™, Wound Tube™, Wound Club™, Wound Brick™, Wound Stump™, and Wound Torso™ simulators purchased directly from Phokus Research Group on or after September 1, 2019.

• Your name and order information
• A clear image of the issue
• A brief description of how the damage occurred
Phokus will review your submission, determine whether it meets the Lifetime Guarantee criteria, and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
