When a traumatic injury occurs in the field, your response window is measured in seconds—not minutes. The Deployment Split Kit is designed around one principle: your kit needs to be exactly where you are, ready exactly when you need it.
That means living behind your ballistic plate — protected from damage, hidden from detection, but accessible in a single motion. This isn't just a pouch. It's the difference between reaching your kit and not.
WHY IS IT BUILT THIS WAY
• Dual-zipper split design. Most plate-carrier kits force you to choose between accessibility and profile. The middle seam and dual zippers give you full access to every item inside — without removing the kit or fishing around blindly under stress.
• RF-welded vinyl, not nylon. Nylon pouches bulk up, stiffen in the cold, and absorb moisture. The Split Kit's RF-welded vinyl shell is fully waterproof, dramatically thinner, and stays flexible in any environment. It replaced a bulky nylon pouch by design — not by accident.
• Positioned behind your plate for a reason. The carrier's plate protects the kit from ballistic and blunt force damage. Environmental exposure is eliminated. And unlike chest-mounted kits, it doesn't interfere with your kit or your silhouette.
• Configured for the injuries that kill. Every item in this kit maps to Massive Hemorrhage, Airway, and Respiration — the three leading causes of preventable combat death. Nothing is in here because it looked good on a spec sheet.
