The LAB was configured to TCCC Tier 3 standards for exactly that role — advanced trauma intervention capability in a streamlined, MOLLE-compatible form factor that moves with the mission.

Instant-access grab tab. Removable clear PVC pouches for immediate visual identification of bleeders, airway, and IV kits. Internal zippered pockets. Bottom pocket for IV bags and splints. MOLLE exterior for tourniquets, litters, and shears. Designed for mounted, dismounted, and urban operations where bulk is a liability and speed is everything.
