The SOF® Tactical Tourniquet Wide is the result of 24 months of end-user research and laboratory study focused on one objective: build a more effective, easier-to-use tourniquet for every environment and every limb size. High-strength, lightweight alloy components where reliability is non-negotiable — and 15% lighter than the previous generation.

The true 1½" constricting band delivers broader compression than most standard tourniquets — more arterial compression, more patient comfort, and better outcomes on larger limbs. The quick-connect snap-lock buckle eliminates the need to re-thread webbing through a buckle under stress, cutting application time and reducing errors when fine motor skills are degraded.
