USMC CAP System
The USMC Corpsman Assault System (CAS) is a modular medical load-carrying solution designed to support USMC Corpsman across a wide range of operational environments.
The system consists of four primary components: the medical assault pack, medical sustainment bag, medical thigh rig, and modular medical pouch. This allows configurations to be tailored to casualty expectations and mission duration.
The reconfigurable internal organizers feature multiple pouch sizes, reversible pouches, elastic panels, and pocket panels, providing flexible layout options to enhance accessibility, organization, and efficiency during medical operations.
The CAS is fully stocked with Class VIII medical supplies based on the USMC/USN AMAL requirements.
