Executive protection professionals and prepared civilians operating in public environments face a specific challenge: carrying serious medical capabilities without advertising them. The Covert Aid Bag solves that problem. A complete, organized trauma system inside a backpack that looks like a laptop bag.

Configured on the Vertx Any Day Backpack — 20L, water-resistant nylon, CCW-compatible, and designed for daily carry, the CAB provides organized, rapid-access medical capability across Intermediate and Advanced configurations. Everything inside is staged for fast deployment. Nothing outside signals medical.

Components are provided as a preparedness configuration. Contents and quantities may vary. This system is intended for organized medical readiness and does not replace professional medical care or training.

• CCW compartment. 10.5" height, wide side zip for quick draw, loop-lined for custom setup. Compatible with Crossbreed Modular Holsters and Premier Body Armor Insert.
• Rapid Access Pull Tab. Micro pull tab repositionable across zippers — switch placement or swap with other pull styles.
• Light-colored interior. Visibility into the bag in low-light conditions — nothing gets lost in the shadows.
• Robust interior organization. Translucent mesh pocketing, key lanyard loop, admin slip pockets, e-band gear loops.
• Loop-lined padded laptop sleeve. Fits up to a 15" laptop. Compatible with Tactigami and hook-and-loop accessories.
• Stretch woven side water bottle pocket. Fits most water bottle sizes.
• Snag-resistant YKK zippers. On all zip openings for extra durability.
