WOUND SIMULATION SERIES

WOUND CLUB™

2-in-1 Junctional and Upper Arm Trainer. One Device.

Two Critical Skill Sets.

By combining a junctional shoulder cube with an upper arm tube into a single connected platform, the Wound Club lets instructors run tourniquet conversion sequences, junctional hemorrhage management, and upper arm trauma treatment without switching equipment.

Six realistic wound patterns. Anatomically correct Humerus Bone. Realistic Brachial Artery. Three bleed-capable wounds. One device that covers more high-priority hemorrhage skills than anything else in the Phokus lineup.

WHY THE WOUND CLUB IS TWO TRAINERS IN ONE

Junctional and limb training on one platform. The Cube component trains junctional (axillary) wound packing—the shoulder and upper chest wounds where tourniquets can't be applied —and technique is everything. The Tube component trains in upper-arm tourniquet application, wound packing, and pressure dressing. Together, they cover the full spectrum of upper-extremity hemorrhage management.

Built for tourniquet conversion training. Tourniquets get applied, conditions change, and converting to a wound pack and dressing is often the right next step. The Wound Club's connected architecture enables the entire sequence to be trained in a single evolution.

Anatomically correct internal structures. Realistic Brachial Artery and anatomically correct Humerus Bone in the tube component ensure that what students practice on the Wound Club transfers to the patient. Anatomy-informed training builds anatomy-aware technique.

Three bleed-capable wounds across both components. Active bleeding scenarios across both the junctional cube and the upper arm tube. Instructors can run single-source or multi-source bleeding scenarios — isolating skills or combining them into integrated treatment sequences.

CHOOSE YOUR TRAINING CONFIGURATION

Semi-Transparent: Reveals internal structures — bleeding pathways, wound cavity depth, and tissue layers. Ideal for foundational instruction where students need to understand the origin of hemorrhage and the anatomy of deliberate wound packing before advancing to higher-stress scenarios.

Medium Skin Tone: Eliminates visual cues and forces reliance on tactile assessment. Students must identify bleeding sources, wound depth, and packing needs by feel alone — replicating real-world conditions and reinforcing the muscle memory that saves lives when vision is compromised.

NOTE: The Wound Club is designed to increase muscle memory for tourniquet training. The tourniquet will not occlude the simulated injury.
